Annualized Net Loss Rate definition

Annualized Net Loss Rate means, as of any date of determination after the end of the first Collection Period following the date hereof, an amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to (i) the product of (A) (x) the aggregate Discounted Balances of all Pledged Receivables which were Eligible Receivables at the time of their Pledge hereunder and which became Defaulted Receivables during the six (or such lesser number of Collection Periods since the date hereof) immediately preceding Collection Periods minus (y) Recoveries received during the six (or such lesser number of Collection Periods since the date hereof) immediately preceding Collection Periods and (B) 2 (if six or more Collection Periods have occurred since the date hereof), 2.4 (if five Collection Periods have occurred since the date hereof), 3 (if four Collection Periods have occurred since the date hereof), 4 (if three Collection Periods have occurred since the date hereof), 6 (if two Collection Periods have occurred since the date hereof) or 12 (if one Collection Period has occurred since the date hereof) divided by (ii) the Eligible Receivables Balance as of the first Business Day of the six (or such lesser number of Collection Periods since the date hereof) immediately preceding Collection Periods.
Annualized Net Loss Rate means, as of any date of determination after the end of the first Collection Period following the date hereof, an amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to (i) the product of (A) (x) the aggregate Discounted Balances of all Pledged Receivables which were Eligible Receivables at the time of their Pledge hereunder and which became Defaulted Receivables during the six immediately preceding Collection Periods minus (y) Recoveries received during the six immediately preceding Collection Periods and (B) 2, divided by (ii) the average of the Eligible Receivables Balance as of the last Business Day of each of the six Collection Periods immediately preceding such date of determination.
Annualized Net Loss Rate means, as of any date of determination, an amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to (i) the product of (A) (x) the aggregate Discounted Balances of all Pledged Receivables which were Eligible Receivables at the time of their Pledge hereunder and which either (1) became Defaulted Receivables or Missed Payment/Modified Receivables or (2) were repurchased by PCA Seller pursuant to the terms of Section 6.1(b) of the Purchase and Contribution Agreement and as to which, as of the date of such repurchase, any part of any Scheduled Payment (or other amount payable under the terms of the related Contract) remained unpaid for more than 60 days after the due date therefor set forth in such Contract, in each case during the six immediately preceding Collection Periods minus (y) Recoveries received during the six immediately preceding Collection Periods and (B) 2, divided by (ii) the average of the Eligible Receivables Balances as of the first Business Day of each of the six immediately preceding Collection Periods.

More Definitions of Annualized Net Loss Rate

Annualized Net Loss Rate means an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to (x) the principal balance of those Mortgage Receivables that have become delinquent by more than 180 days during any preceding 12 month period less any recoveries received therefrom, divided by (y) the average principal balance outstanding of Mortgage Receivables during such trailing 12 month period.
Annualized Net Loss Rate means with respect to any Securitization Transaction, the total losses over a period of time as a percentage of the original fully-funded principal value of such Securitization Transaction at the beginning of such period, annualized pursuant to applicable industry standards.

Related to Annualized Net Loss Rate

  • Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate As to each Mortgage Loan and at any time, the per annum rate equal to the Mortgage Rate less the Expense Fee Rate.

  • Adjusted Net Earnings means net earnings (loss) attributable to common stockholders as reported in the Company’s periodic reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, provided that such amount shall be adjusted by reversing the following, to the extent such adjustments were made in calculating such net earnings (loss) attributable to common stockholders:

  • Excess Rate With respect to each ARD Loan, the excess of (i) the applicable Revised Rate over (ii) the applicable Mortgage Rate, each as set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Weighted Average Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of each Mortgage Loan in that Loan Group, weighted on the basis of its Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the prior month (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).

  • Annual Revenue Rate means the rate employed to assess a compliance penalty charge on a Curtailment Service Provider under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 11. Annual Transmission Costs:

  • Annual Percentage Rate or “APR” of a Receivable means the annual percentage rate of finance charges or service charges, as stated in the related Contract.

  • Adjusted Net Maximum Mortgage Rate With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or the related REO Property), as of any date of determination, a per annum rate of interest equal to the applicable Maximum Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan (or the Mortgage Rate in the case of any Fixed-Rate Mortgage Loan) as of the first day of the month preceding the month in which the related Distribution Date occurs minus the sum of (i) the Trustee Fee Rate and (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Average Rate means the simple arithmetic mean of the bank rates in effect at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time each day during the calendar month which immediately precedes the calendar month in which payment is made, where the "bank rate" means the rate of interest established from time to time by the Bank of Canada as the minimum rate at which the Bank of Canada makes short term advances to members of the Canadian Payments Association;

  • Calculation Rate For each Distribution Date, in the case of the Class A and Class B Interests, the product of (i) 10 and (ii) the weighted average rate of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests, treating each Class A Interest as capped at zero or reduced by a fixed percentage of 100% of the interest accruing on such Class.

  • Adjusted CD Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by the Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the services of Construction Manager’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project. A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by the Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Construction Manager’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Construction Manager for services performed for the Project.

  • Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.

  • Adjusted Net Earnings from Operations means, with respect to any fiscal period of Foamex, the net income of Foamex and its Subsidiaries after provision for income taxes for such fiscal period, as determined in accordance with GAAP on a consolidated basis (excluding the Joint Ventures and the China Joint Venture) and reported on the Financial Statements for such period, excluding any and all of the following included in such net income: (a) gain or loss arising from the sale of any capital assets; (b) gain (or loss) arising from any write-up (or write-down) in the book value of any asset; (c) earnings of any Person, substantially all the assets of which have been acquired by Foamex or any of its Subsidiaries in any manner, to the extent realized by such other Person prior to the date of acquisition; (d) earnings of any Person (other than Foamex Canada and the Mexican Subsidiaries and their respective Subsidiaries) in which Foamex or any of its Subsidiaries has an ownership interest unless (and only to the extent) such earnings shall actually have been received by Foamex or any of its Domestic Subsidiaries in the form of cash distributions; (e) earnings of any Person to which assets of Foamex or any of its Subsidiaries shall have been sold, transferred or disposed of, or into which Foamex or any of its Subsidiaries shall have been merged, or which has been a party with Foamex or any of its Subsidiaries to any consolidation or other form of reorganization, prior to the date of such transaction; (f) gain or loss arising from the acquisition of debt or equity securities of Foamex or any of its Subsidiaries or from cancellation or forgiveness of Debt; and (g) gain or loss arising from extraordinary items, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Cumulative Net Loss Ratio means, as of any Payment Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the aggregate Principal Balance of Receivables that became Defaulted Receivables plus all the Cram Down Losses (without duplication) which occurred during the period from the Cut-Off Date through the end of the related Collection Period reduced by the amount of Liquidation Proceeds with respect to Defaulted Receivables received during such period which are applied to principal of the Defaulted Receivables to (ii) the Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date.

  • Annualized EBITDA means, for the four consecutive quarters ending on each Reporting Date, the Operating Partnership’s Pro Rata Share (as defined below) of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”), with other adjustments as are necessary to exclude the effect of all realized or unrealized gains and losses related to hedging obligations, items classified as extraordinary items and impairment charges in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, adjusted to reflect the assumption that (i) any EBITDA related to any assets acquired or placed in service since the first day of such four-quarter period had been earned, on an annualized basis, from the beginning of such period, and (ii) any assets disposed of during such four-quarter period had been disposed of as of the first day of such period and no EBITDA related to such assets had been earned during such period.

  • Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate means, in relation to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day during a Floating Rate Interest Period for a Loan (or any part of it), the percentage rate per annum determined by the Facility Agent in accordance with the methodology set out in Schedule 15B (Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate) or in any relevant Compounding Methodology Supplement.

  • Adjusted Net Income ’ means net income adjusted for non-cash expenses (income) such as amortization of intangible assets, deferred income taxes, the TSS membership liability revaluation charge, and certain other expenses (income), and excludes the portion of the adjusted net income of Total Specific Solutions (TSS) B.V. (“TSS”) attributable to the minority owners of TSS (see “Capital Resources and Commitments” section). The Company believes that Adjusted net income is useful supplemental information as it provides an indication of the results generated by the Company’s main business activities prior to taking into consideration amortization of intangible assets, deferred income taxes, the TSS membership liability revaluation charge, and certain other non- cash expenses (income) incurred or recognized by the Company from time to time, and adjusts for the portion of TSS’ Adjusted net income not attributable to shareholders of Constellation. ‘‘Adjusted net income margin’’ refers to the percentage that Adjusted net income for any period represents as a portion of total revenue for that period.

  • Wage Rate refers to an Employee’s hourly rate of pay reflected by the pay grade of her position and her step within that grade, as set out in the Wage Rate grid in Appendix II.

  • Annualized Interest Expense means, for the four consecutive quarters ending on each Reporting Date, the Operating Partnership’s Pro Rata Share of interest expense, with other adjustments as are necessary to exclude the effect of items classified as extraordinary items, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, reduced by amortization of debt issuance costs and adjusted to reflect the assumption that (i) any interest expense related to indebtedness incurred since the first day of such four-quarter period is computed as if such indebtedness had been incurred as of the beginning of such period, and (ii) any interest expense related to indebtedness that was repaid or retired since the first day of such four-quarter period is computed as if such indebtedness had been repaid or retired as of the beginning of such period (except that, in making such computation, the amount of interest expense related to indebtedness under any revolving credit facility shall be computed based upon the average daily balance of such indebtedness during such four-quarter period).

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • Reference Year shall have the meaning given it in the Summary.

  • Adjusted Net Assets of a Guarantor at any date shall mean the lesser of the amount by which (x) the fair value of the property of such Guarantor exceeds the total amount of liabilities, including, without limitation, contingent liabilities (after giving effect to all other fixed and contingent liabilities), but excluding liabilities under the Guarantee, of such Guarantor at such date and (y) the present fair salable value of the assets of such Guarantor at such date exceeds the amount that will be required to pay the probable liability of such Guarantor on its debts and all other fixed and contingent liabilities (after giving effect to all other fixed and contingent liabilities and after giving effect to any collection from any Subsidiary of such Guarantor in respect of the obligations of such Guarantor under the Guarantee), excluding Indebtedness in respect of the Guarantee, as they become absolute and matured.
