Anticipated Investment Income definition

Anticipated Investment Income means, at any time, with respect to an Account, the amount of investment income which the Borrowers reasonably determine will accrue on the funds in each such Account through the Scheduled Completion Dates of both Projects (and components thereto), taking into account the current and future anticipated rates of return on investments in each such account permitted under the Loan Documents, the anticipated times and amounts of draws from each such account for the payment of Project Costs for both Projects and the nature and tenor of the investments in which such funds are permitted to be invested.
Anticipated Investment Income means, at any time, with respect to any Agent Account, the amount of investment income which the Borrower reasonably determines will accrue on the funds in such Agent Account through the Scheduled Completion Date, taking into account the current and future anticipated rates of return on investments in each such account permitted under the Loan Documents and the anticipated times and amounts of draws from each such account or the payment of Project Costs.
Anticipated Investment Income means, at any time, with respect to the Construction Disbursement Account and the Issuer's Payment Account, the amount of investment income which the Issuer reasonably determines will accrue on the funds in each such account through the anticipated Initial Operating Date, taking into account the current and future anticipated rates of return on investments in each such account permitted under the Indenture and the anticipated times and amounts of draws from each such account for the payment of Project Costs.
