Aon Common Stock Account definition

Aon Common Stock Account means the account established on the books of the Company or a Subsidiary for Participants of this Plan and maintained pursuant to Section 3.
Aon Common Stock Account means the account established on the books of the Company or a Subsidiary for a Participant who has elected to allocate any deferral into Aon Common Stock. The Aon Common Stock Account shall be considered an Investment Account hereunder, and shall be available for deferrals under the 1994 Plan and 1999 Plan and may be available for deferrals thereafter, in the discretion of the Company.

  • Distributions attributable to all Accounts other than the Aon Common Stock Account shall be made in the form of cash.

  • Distributions attributable to the Aon Common Stock Account shall be made in the form of whole Ordinary Shares, plus a cash equivalent for fractional shares.

  • If any deferral is allocated to an Investment Account other than the Aon Common Stock Account or Aon General Account, such deferral shall be credited as soon as administratively feasible after the day such amount would have been payable to the Participant had it not been deferred.

  • Each installment shall be withdrawn proportionately from the Aon Common Stock Account and Aon General Account and whatever other Investment Accounts of the Participants exist.

  • Distributions from the Aon Common Stock Account for deferrals prior to November 1, 2002 must be distributed in the form of shares of Aon Common Stock, except the account balance attributable to deferrals made prior to January 1, 1999 may be paid in cash if elected by the Participant.

  • Distributions from the Aon Common Stock Account may be made in cash, in Aon Common Stock, or in a combination of cash and Aon Common Stock.

  • As of the date any cash dividends are paid on Aon common stock, each Participant's Aon Common Stock Account shall be credited with the dividends that would be paid with respect to Aon common stock on that date as if the Participant owned the stock credited under the Aon Common Stock Account.

  • Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.

  • Deferred Stock Account means a bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for a Participant representing the Participant's interest in the shares credited to such Deferred Stock Account pursuant to Paragraph 7 hereof.

  • Series A Common Stock means the Series A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Stock Unit Account means the bookkeeping account established by the Company pursuant to Section 6.4.

  • Company Stock Fund means a hypothetical investment fund pursuant to which Deferred Stock Units are credited with respect to a portion of an Award subject to an Election, and thereafter until (i) the date of distribution or (ii) the effective date of a Diversification Election, to the extent a Diversification Election applies to such Deferred Stock Units, as applicable. The portion of a Grantee’s Account deemed invested in the Company Stock Fund shall be treated as if such portion of the Account were invested in hypothetical shares of Common Stock or Special Common Stock otherwise deliverable as Shares upon the Vesting Date associated with Restricted Stock or Restricted Stock Units, and all dividends and other distributions paid with respect to Common Stock or Special Common Stock were held uninvested in cash and credited with interest at the Applicable Interest Rate as of the next succeeding December 31 (to the extent the Account continues to be deemed credited in the form of Deferred Stock Units through such December 31).

  • Common Stock Price means the volume weighted average closing price of the Common Stock as reported by the NYSE American for the 10 trading days immediately preceding the date on which the determination is made.

  • Class B Common Stock means the Class B Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Unit Account means a notional account opened and managed by Us for You, in which the Units are allocated following the receipt of the Premium from You and in which the Units are cancelled by Us for the purpose of paying the benefits or for recovering the applicable charges;

  • Old Common Stock means the Company's common stock, par value $.01 per share, outstanding as of the date of the Company's filing of the petition commencing the Chapter 11 Case.

  • Common Stock Dividend means a stock dividend declared and paid on the Common Stock that is payable in shares of Common Stock.

  • Parent Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.

  • DSUs means the outstanding deferred share units issued under the DSU Plan.

  • Company Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Deferred Stock Units means the number of hypothetical Shares subject to an Election.

  • Parent Class A Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.

  • Phantom Stock means a right granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 12 representing a number of hypothetical Shares.

  • Share Account means the brokerage account established by the Agent for each Participant to which shares of Common Stock purchased under the Plan are credited in accordance with Section 9. The Share Account will be established pursuant to a separate agreement between each Participant and the Agent.

  • DSU means a deferred share unit, which is a bookkeeping entry equivalent in value to a Share credited to a Participant’s Account in accordance with Article 4 hereof;
