Apple Product definition

Apple Product means any Technology, product or service distributed under an Apple Mark, or used internally by Apple or an Apple Affiliate.
Apple Product means a finished good manufactured by or for Apple that incorporates the Goods.
Apple Product or “Apple Products” means Services, CTO Products, hardware and software products manufactured, distributed or licensed under an Apple-owned or licensed brand name that Customer has paid to acquire or has properly licensed from Apple for its own use, but excluding any third party software and all other third party products.

  • If a given service option is not available for the Apple Product in such country, Apple or its agents shall notify you about any additional shipping and handling charges which may apply before rendering service.

  • Service where Apple requires return of the replaced Apple Product or part.

  • Service where Apple does not require return of the replaced Apple Product or part.

  • You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the Apple Product cannot be serviced in the country it is in.

Apple Product means an Apple-branded product that runs the iOS operating system.

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.

  • OMP means Occupational Medical Practitioner

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) (1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and (2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Defective Product has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
