Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.
Other Rating Agency Guidelines mean the guidelines provided by each Other Rating Agency, as may be amended from time to time, in connection with the Other Rating Agency’s rating of Senior Securities.
Applicable agency means GNMA, FNMA or FHLMC, as applicable.
AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.
Credit reporting agency means a corporation that carries on a credit reporting business.
Treasury guidelines means any guidelines on supply chain management issued by the Minister in terms of section 168 of the Act;
MERS Procedures Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
CREFC® Servicer Watch List/Portfolio Review Guidelines As of each Determination Date a report, including and identifying each Performing Serviced Loan satisfying the “CREFC® Portfolio Review Guidelines” approved from time to time by the CREFC® in the “CREFC® Servicer Watch List” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form (including other portfolio review guidelines) for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.
Auction Procedures means the auction procedures constituting Part II of the form of Statement as of the filing thereof.
Federal poverty guidelines means the poverty guidelines published annually in the federal register by the United States department of health and human services under its authority to revise the poverty line under section 673(2) of subtitle B of title VI of the omnibus budget reconciliation act of 1981, 42 USC 9902.
Consumer reporting agency means any person which, for monetary fees, dues, or on a cooperative nonprofit basis, regularly engages, in whole or in part, in the practice of assembling or evaluating consumer credit information or other information on consumers for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports to third parties, and which uses any means or facility for the purpose of preparing or furnishing consumer reports.
Funding Agency means an organization or individual which provides facilities to receive and accumulate assets to be used either for the payment of benefits under a pension plan, or for the purchase of such benefits, provided such accumulated assets form a part of a pension plan established for the exclusive benefit of the plan participants and their beneficiaries. The fair market value of the assets held by the funding agency as of a specified date is the Funding Agency Balance as of that date.
Administrative Procedures means the Administrative Procedures of Minnesota Management & Budget developed in accord with M.S. 43A.04, subdivision 4.
Credit Policy means the “New Jersey Infrastructure Bank Credit Policy,” as adopted by the Board of Directors of the I-Bank and as further amended and supplemented from time to time.
Electronic Programme Guide or “EPG” means a program guide maintained by the Distributors of Television Channels that lists Television Channels and programmes, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced guide that allows subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programmes;
Xxxxxx Mae Guide The Xxxxxx Xxx Single Family Seller/Servicer Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.
Credit and Collection Policies or “Credit and Collection Policy” means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.
Credit and Collection Policy means Seller’s credit and collection policies and practices relating to Contracts and Receivables existing on the date hereof and summarized in Exhibit VIII hereto, as modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Program Requirements means certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, to be fulfilled by Partner, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Cloud” Product Families, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “Cloud” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.
Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
Applicable Regulations As to any Mortgage Loan, all federal, state and local laws, statutes, rules and regulations applicable thereto.
Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.
Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG means the iconectiv Reference document used by Telecommunications Carriers to identify NPA-NXX routing and homing information as well as Network element and equipment designations.
Streamlined Documentation Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan originated pursuant to the Seller's Streamlined Loan Documentation Program then in effect.
Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.
