Applicable Engineering Access Statement definition

Applicable Engineering Access Statement means the Engineering Access Statement in force in respect of the Routes on the date on which Services may first be operated by the Train Operator under this contract, as from time to time amended or replaced under Part D of the Network Code;
Applicable Engineering Access Statement means the Engineering Access Statement in force in respect of the Routes on the Services Commencement Date, as from time to time amended or replaced under Part D of the Network Code;
Applicable Engineering Access Statement means the Rules of the Route in force in respect of the Route on the Principal Change Date in 2008, as from time to time amended or replaced under Part D of the Network Code;
