Engineering Access Statement definition

Engineering Access Statement means the Engineering Access Statement in force in respect of the Network on 9th December 2019, as from time to time amended or replaced under Part D of the Network Code;

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.

  • E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.
