Applicable Law and Dispute Settlement. 17.1. This Contract shall be governed by Finnish law, excluding its rules on conflict of laws.
17.2. The Parties shall seek to settle amicably any differences of opinion and disputes arising from or related to the implementation of this Contract. Should this fail, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Contract, or the breach, termination or validity thereof shall be finally settled in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce. Article 36 on Interim measures of protection shall not apply. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The place of arbitration shall be Helsinki, Finland.
Applicable Law and Dispute Settlement. 1. This Contract is governed by Union law and is supplemented, where necessary, by the law of Belgium.
2. Disputes concerning the Contract’s interpretation, application or validity that cannot be settled amicably must be brought before courts of Brussels.

2. The method of dispute settlement for this Contract shall be the same with that of the Master Agreement.
Applicable Law and Dispute Settlement. 9.1 The execution, effectiveness, interpretation, performance and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the PRC law.
9.2 Any dispute arising out of the performance of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to Lanzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration according to the then effective arbitration rules. The arbitration award made according to the above arbitration procedures shall be final and binding on both Parties.

Applicable Law and Dispute Settlement. 6.1 All the contents and terms of this Agreement are governed by the Law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
6.2 Any dispute(s), if any, arising from this Agreement shall be settled by negotiation. In the event that negotiation fails, such dispute(s) shall be settled at the law court of Vietnam according to the law and the verdict of the Court is final and obligatory to both Parties.

The parties to this Contract shall do everything possible to settle amicably any dispute arising between them during the implementation of this Contract. To that end, they shall communicate their positions and any solution that they consider possible in writing, and meet each other at either's request. The Lead Partner and the MA shall reply to a request sent for an amicable settlement within 30 days. Once this period has expired, or if the attempt to reach amicable settlement has not produced an agreement within 120 days of the first request, the Lead Partner or the MA may notify the other part that it considers the procedure to have failed. In the event of failure of the above procedures, each party to this Contract may submit the dispute to the courts of Bucharest.
Applicable Law and Dispute Settlement. This Agreement shall be governed by, executed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Albania, as the Host Contracting Party of RYCO, and in compliance with RYCO’s internal rules and regulations. In the event of disputes arriving out of or in connection with this Agreement, parties undertake to first reach an amicable settlement. If an amicable solution to a dispute arising from the application of this Agreement with regard to its interpretation, or application cannot be reached, the complaining party may appeal to the competent court in Albania.
Applicable Law and Dispute Settlement. 12.1 The performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be subject exclusively to the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of laws principles.
