Applicable Note Margin definition

Applicable Note Margin means: 0.00% for the Class I-A-1 Notes, 0.11% for the Class I-A-2 Notes, 0.45% for the Class I-B Notes, 0.03% for the Class II-A-1 Notes, 0.08% for the Class II-A-2 Notes, 0.19% for the Class II-A-3 Notes, 0.31% for the Class II-A-4 Notes, 0.48% for the Class II-B Notes and 1.15% for the Class II-C Notes.
Applicable Note Margin means 0.52% for the Class A-1-L Notes, 0.85% for the Class A-3-L Notes, and the Applicable Margin (as defined in Appendix B) for the Auction Rate Notes.
Applicable Note Margin means 0.05% for the Class A-1 Notes, 0.14% for the Class A-2 Notes, 0.19% for the Class A-3 Notes, 0.25% for the Class A-4 Notes, 0.35% for the Class A-5 Notes, 0.42% for the Class B Notes, and 0.60% for the Class C Notes.
