Approved Annual Amount definition

Approved Annual Amount means (i) for calendar years 2008 through 2014, $240 million, unless GM and Delphi have otherwise agreed in writing, and (ii) for the period commencing on January 1, 2015 and ending on September 14, 2015, $170 million, unless GM and Delphi have otherwise agreed in writing.
