Approved board of health definition

Approved board of health means a board of health of a health district placed on the approved list by the director in accordance with section 3734.08 of the Revised Code.

  • Local board of health means a county, city, or district board of health.

  • Board of health means the board of health of a city or general health district or the authority having the duties of a board of health under section 3709.05 of the Revised Code.

  • Local Health Board (“Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol”) means a Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c.42);

  • Academic Board means the Academic Board of the University College established under paragraph 13;

  • hard of hearing means person having 60 DB to 70 DB hearing loss in speech frequencies in both ears;

  • Board of County Commissioners (also “BOCC”) means the elected board in whom all powers of the County are vested and who are responsible for the proper and efficient administration of the County government.

  • Political action committee or “PAC” means an organization whose purpose is to solicit and make Political Contributions.
