Examples of Approved Capital Budget in a sentence
Property Manager agrees to use diligence and all reasonable efforts to ensure that the actual costs of maintaining and operating the Property shall not exceed the Approved Operating Budget or the Approved Capital Budget pertaining thereto, as applicable.
The proposed budgets shall become the Approved Capital Budget and the Approved Operating Budget only when approved by Owner.
Funds deposited into the FF&E Reserve shall be disbursed in accordance with the Approved Capital Budget.
The Approved Operating Budget and the Approved Capital Budget shall be known collectively as the “Budget” for purposes hereof.
If the cost of compliance is (i) not included in the Approved Operating Budget or Approved Capital Budget or (ii) in excess of $10,000, Property Manager shall notify Owner promptly and obtain Owner's prior written approval prior to making the expenditure.
