Approved Charters means in respect of:
Approved Charters means the bareboat charters dated 24 May 2007 in respect of each of the Ships between the relevant Seller and the Approved Charterer for a period of five (5) years and nine (9) months on terms acceptable to the Agent each as novated to the relevant Borrower pursuant to the relevant Novation Agreement and "Approved Charter" means each of them;
Approved Charters means in respect of (a) Ship A, the time charterparty dated 18 May 2011 made between Pegasus (as owner) and the relevant Approved Charterer (as charterer) having a duration expiring no earlier than 1 April 2017 at a minimum daily net rate of hire of $85,000, (b) Ship B, the time charterparty dated 2 October 2010 made between Seacrown (as owner) and the relevant Approved Charterer (as charterer) having a duration expiring no earlier than 1 September 2016 at a minimum daily net rate of hire of $64,000 and (c) Ship C, the time charterparty dated 2 August 2011 made between Xxxxx (as owner) and the relevant Approved Charterer (as charterer) having a duration expiring no earlier than 1 September 2017 at a minimum daily net rate of hire of $86,000;

Approved Charters means any or all of them;

  • Proposed Charter means the proposed second amended and restated certificate of incorporation of Hennessy Capital, which will become the Company’s certificate of incorporation upon the approval of the Charter Proposals and the Business Combination Proposal and the consummation of the Business Combination. A copy of the proposed charter is attached hereto as Annex C .

  • Time Charter means the hire of a Vessel by which the charterer obtains possession and control of the Vessel for an agreed period of time or an agreed voyage.

  • Restated Charter means the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or restated from time to time.

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.

  • Approved Flag State means the Xxxxxxxx Islands, Liberia or any other country in which the Agent, may in its sole and absolute discretion, approve that a Ship be registered;

  • Assignment of Insurances shall have the meaning provided in the definition of “Collateral and Guaranty Requirements”.

  • Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;

  • Group contract means a contract for health care services which by its terms limits eligibility to members of a specified group. The group contract may include coverage for dependents.

  • Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an approved vendor list through the approved vendor list process.
