Residue from C&D Debris that is not diverted through processing activities shall be disposed of at an Approved Disposal Site.
Contractor shall, upon City request, provide or request from its Approved Processor(s) or the Approved Disposal Site copies of required permits, approvals and any notices of violation, if any.
If Contractor, or its Approved Processor, is unable to use the Approved Disposal Site due to an emergency or sudden unforeseen closure of the Approved Disposal Site, Contractor, or its Approved Processor, may use an alternative Disposal Site provided that (i) the Contractor provides verbal and written notice to the County within twenty-four (24) hours of use of an alternative Disposal Site, and (ii) the alternative Processing Site is fully permitted and in compliance with all Applicable Laws.
