Approved Disposal Site definition

Approved Disposal Site means a site for the deposit and disposal of solid waste, recyclable materials, or both, which is either owned or operated by the City or is authorized by the City as a disposal site;
Approved Disposal Site means any designated disposal site in the State of California or Nevada holding a valid permit to permanently deposit municipal solid waste (see “MSW”), hazardous waste, or infectious waste in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States and the State of California or the State of Nevada and all federal, state and local agencies having lawful jurisdiction. Approved Disposal Site means a site for the deposit and disposal of Garbage, Residential Food Waste and/or Recyclable Materials, which is either owned and operated by the District or licensed by the District under Bylaw No. 1386.

  • Residue from C&D Debris that is not diverted through processing activities shall be disposed of at an Approved Disposal Site.

  • Contractor shall, upon City request, provide or request from its Approved Processor(s) or the Approved Disposal Site copies of required permits, approvals and any notices of violation, if any.

More Definitions of Approved Disposal Site

Approved Disposal Site means any trash disposal facility, licensed pursuant to M.G.L., chapter 111, § 150A or by other appropriate public authority.
