Independently review, monitor and where required by the Agreement, to approve activities associated with the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Project facilities to ensure compliance by the Authorisee with the Authorisation Agreement and the Approved DPR.

It may be noted that while the Tentative Cost & Number of schemes given in the schedule has been estimated & given by SWSM as realistically as possible, but any variation in the quantities arising may be incorporated, upon approval of Engineer in charge of WAPCOS Limited upto maximum of 100% of the Approved DPR cost, at the same rate quoted by the bidder in the Price Schedule during tendering process.
