Independently review, monitor and where required by the Agreement, to approve activities associated with the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Project facilities to ensure compliance by the Authorisee with the Authorisation Agreement and the Approved DPR.
Ensuring that the provisions of the Designs and Drawings and the Approved DPR do not adversely obstruct any development plans of the Grantor, as and if provided by the Grantor at the time of approval of the Designs and Drawings and the approved DPR.
