Detailed Project Report. In respect of the Concessionaire’s obligations relating to the Detailed Project Report of the Project as set forth in Schedule-I, the following shall apply:
a) The Concessionaire shall, at its cost, charges and expenses, prepare or cause preparation and submit within 60 (sixty) days of the Effective Date, with reasonable promptness the Detailed Project Report, Designs and Drawings for the Project Facilities in such sequence as is consistent with the Project Completion Schedule, 3 (three) copies each of all the documents to the Authority/Independent Engineer for review.
b) The DPR shall, inter alia, set out the full details of the developmental activities proposed to be carried out by the Concessionaire for implementation of the Project, proposed order, sequence and method of working, the steps, procedures and processes undertaken and to be undertaken by the Concessionaire, the Project Completion Schedule with the Project Milestones, detailed schedule bar charts / PERT networks with milestone dates, master plan and building plan of the Project, including the site development, proposed construction activities, names of likely Sub- contractors/vendors etc., plans for mobilization of finances, proposed arrangements for operating and managing the Project, the organization chart of the Concessionaire and such other similar details which define and clarify the method and direction of the Concessionaire's plans for the implementation of the Project;
c) By submitting the Detailed Project Report, Designs and Drawings for review to the Authority/ Independent Engineer, the Concessionaire shall be deemed to have represented that it has determined and verified that the Detailed Project Report, Designs and Drawings are in conformity with the Scope of the Project, Specifications and Standards, Applicable Laws and Good Industry Practice.
d) Within 15 (fifteen) days of the receipt of the Detailed Project Report, Designs and Drawings, the Independent Engineer shall review the same and convey its observations to the Concessionaire with particular reference to their conformity or otherwise with the Scope of the Project and the Specifications and Standards.
e) If the aforesaid observations of the Authority/ Independent Engineer indicate that the Detailed Project Report, Designs and Drawings are not in conformity with the Scope of the Project or the Specifications and Standards, such documents shall be revised by the Concessionaire and resubmitted to the Authority/ Independent E...

Detailed Project Report. 5.4.1 Within the period as mentioned in 3.1.2 and basis an analysis of the Data collected thereby, the Lessee shall prepare and submit to the Lessor a report setting out the results of the Survey, and a detailed project report (the “Detailed Project Report” or “DPR”) setting out:
Detailed Project Report. DPR has been prepared by CMPDIL in December, 2017. As per DPR, the Project Cost is 2827.91 crore on departmental mining basis. As per Revised financial evaluation the total initial capital is 2586.54 crore.
Detailed Project Report. 12.2.1 In respect of the Concessionaire's obligations with respect to the DPP and lay out plan/drawing in relation to the Works, the following shall apply:
(a) The Concessionaire shall prepare and submit, with reasonable promptness and in such sequence as is consistent with the equipping plan, Completion Schedule, and copy of lay out drawings to the Independent Monitor for review;
(b) By submitting theDPPfor review to the Independent Monitor, the Concessionaire shall be deemed to have represented that it has determined and verified that the implementation plan, equipping plan, and monitoring are in conformity with the Specifications and Standards;
(c) Within 15 (fifteen) days of the receipt of the DPP, the Independent Monitor shall review the same and convey observations to the Concessionaire with particular reference to their conformity or otherwise with the Scope of the Project and the Specifications and Standards. The Concessionaire shall not be obliged to await the observations of the Independent Monitor on the DPP, and drawings submitted pursuant hereto beyond the said 15 (fifteen) days period and may begin or continue Works at its own discretion and risk;
(d) If the aforesaid observations of the Independent Monitor indicate that the DPP, and other components thereof are not in conformity with the Scope of the Project or the Specifications and Standards, DPP shall be revised by the Concessionaire and resubmitted to the Independent Monitor for review. The Independent Monitor shall give its observations, if any, within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the revised DPP;
(e) No review and/or observation of the Independent Monitor and/or its failure to review and/or convey its observations on any DPP shall relieve the Concessionaire of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement in any manner nor shall the Independent Monitor or the Authority be liable for the same in any manner;
(f) Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this Clause 12.2.1, the Concessionaire shall submit to the Authority for review and comments, its DPP relating to the Works/Project, and the Authority shall have the right but not the obligation to undertake such review and provide its comments, if any, within 15 (fifteen) days of the receipt of such DPP. The provisions of this Clause 12.3.1 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the review and comments hereunder; and

Draft Project Report of Xxxxxx Coal Mine has been submitted by CMPDIL to THDCIL on 22.04.2020 and the same is under review. Appointment of MDO will be processed after finalization of Project Report. • Application for issue of NoC was submitted to Ministry of Coal (MoC) on 08.06.18. • Despite of rigorous follow up of the matter with Ministry of Coal, NoC is yet to be issued in favour of THDCIL. • Xxxxxx is being pursued with NA, MoC for early issue of NoC. • Land acquisition works for Coal Evacuation Corridor & Railway Siding will be taken up after obtaining NOC from MoC.

After approval of MoC on Revised Mining Plan including Mine Closure Plan (Text & Plates), submitted to MoC on 06.12.19 and finalization of Project Report, tender for appointment of MDO will be processed. • Survey works for alignment of Conveyor Belt System for evacuation of coal has been completed by CMPDIL. • Work of demarcation of land of 25 M width along the surveyed alignment on revenue plan is under progress. • NOC (No Objection Certificate) from Govt. of India, Ministry of Coal is to be obtained for above alignment. • CMPDIL has submitted layout of coal evacuation corridor and railway siding which involves

Revised Project Report of Xxxxxx Coal Mine for 5.6 MTPA has been submitted to THDCIL by CMPDIL on 29.05.2020 and the same is under review. • The estimated expenditure proposed to be incurred by THDCIL in developing Xxxxxx Mine through MDO is Rs 1587.16 Cr. • Services of SBICAP are being taken for Bid Advisory Services for appointment of MDO. SBICAP will finalize Tender documents for selection of Mine Developer and Operator (MDO) for development and operation of Xxxxxx Coal Mine on the basis of revised Mining Plan and Revised Project Report prepared by CMPDIL. • THDCIL vide letter dtd.25.06.2020 has requested SBICAP to submit revised offer for Bid Advisory Services for appointment of MDO. Application for issue of No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Ministry of Coal (MoC) for Coal Evacuation Corridor/alignment of Conveyor Belt System & Railway Siding for Xxxxxx Coal Mine was submitted on 08.05.2018. Land involved in Coal evacuation corridor (25 m Width x 5400 m Length) and railway siding is approx.
Detailed Project Report. The scope of works is as follows:
a. Assessment of the morphological, hydrological, hydrographical conditions, and operation and maintenance requirements. of the proposed waterways to identify works in sufficient details that are required in respect of: • River conservancy including river training, bank protection, dredging etc. needed for shipping and navigation. • Navigational aids and communication facilities. • Improvements with reference to horizontal and vertical clearances required on the existing or proposed cross structures such as bridges, power cables, locks etc.
b. Geo-tech investigation will be carried out by the consultant as per standard guidelines of Geological Survey of India, Government of India.
c. To conduct necessary investigations for the preliminary design, to ensure a coordinated development to cover waterways engineering works and structures, waterway crossing, navigational structures, riverine ports and terminal and rail access.
d. Prepare preliminary engineering designs, drawings and estimates for the optimum structure of river training and 'bank protection measures and navigational aids to develop and maintain a navigable channel for the waterway system in an EPC mode.
e. For preliminary engineering designs, the data about soil characteristics shall be collected from the local sources based on the structures constructed nearby. In case of critical structures, consultant can suggest that detailed soil investigation including borehole tests etc.
f. River training / bank protection works particularly for those stretches where either the channel is narrow and needs to be widened by dredging or where it is anticipated that the bank can erode due to continuous movement of barges.
g. Identify the location and carry out preliminary designs of cargo terminals and river ports to handle the anticipated cargo as duly updated.
h. Prepare a realistic construction schedule for the whole project indicating the priority of different components of the project. The phasing of expenditure is also to be worked. Also suggest phased programs of construction including riverine terminals and ports which shall be fully integrated with the existing and planned irrigation and hydropower facilities.
i. Prepare cost estimate for various possible alternatives for the entire proposed infrastructure, handling, and other allied facilities. While comparing the different alternatives, the cost and economy factors shall also be evaluated. The most suitable alternat...
Detailed Project Report a) The Developer shall, within 3 (three) months from the Appointed Date, prepare and submit to NRDA, a detailed plan, including standards and specifications, for development of Project Facilities for implementation of the Project (“Detailed Project Report” / “DPR”) in conformity with the Standards and Specifications and Applicable Laws including Naya Raipur Development Plan, 2031 and Bhumi Vikas Niyam, 1984 as amended from time to time.
b) The DPR shall set out in detail the Development Activities to be carried out on Part A, Part B and Part C Project Site and Additional Land:
i. Detailed list of Applicable Permits to be obtained by the Developer, the government agency concerned for sanction and the stages in the Project when such Applicable Permits would need to be sought;
ii. List of Project facility including Educational Institutions, Schools, Basic Infrastructure Facilities, Playground, Auditorium, hostel facilities, staff quarters etc. along with details of the capacity, location and dimensions of the facilities. The DPR prepared by the developer should necessarily provide for development in a phased manner three land parcels of area (12.14 hectares, 16.19 hectares, 12.14 hectares) in such a manner that independent and well defined access of roads and other infrastructures are available to three parcels.
iii. Area statements for all Project Facilities, including FSI permissible, FSI proposed to be consumed.
iv. Construction time schedules for completion of the three phases which shall be in accordance with the Project Completion Schedule;
v. Standards & specifications of proposed buildings, project components, building materials, procedures, type, and other details of the construction activities;
vi. Details of the Educational Institutions and Schools with tentative number of students to be enrolled, teaching faculty, support staff;
vii. Operation and maintenance requirements of Project Facilities in conformity with the applicable acts, rules, policies and guidelines issued by the competent authority and amended from time to time
viii. Safety requirements, procedures for emergency evacuation and other usages related to the construction of Project Facilities;
