Approved Procedure definition

Approved Procedure means a complaints resolution procedure approved under Rule 7 of these rules, Rule 3 of the 1993 Rules, Rule 3 of the 2009 Rules or Rule 3 of the 2011 Rules.

  • Where a dispute with or complaint against a notary is dealt with in accordance with an Approved Procedure it shall be a duty of the notary to cooperate with the Designated Society in the operation of the procedure.

  • Approved program or "approved state" means a state or interstate program that has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123 (2000).

  • Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.

  • Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Accounting Procedure means the principles and procedures of accounting set out in Appendix C.
