Approving Ordinance definition

Approving Ordinance means Ordinance No. [Board Bill No. ] designating the Redevelopment Area, approving the Redevelopment Plan, approving the Redevelopment Project, adopting tax increment allocation financing within the Redevelopment Area, and establishing the Special Allocation Fund.
