Area Development Agreement definition

Area Development Agreement means the Amended and Restated Area Development Agreement, dated as of January 4, 2021, among Burger King Corporation, Carrols LLC and the Company.

Area Development Agreement means, to the extent applicable, between Franchisee or its Affiliate (as Developer) and OE to develop multiple Office Evolution franchises within a specified protected search area, as defined in the Area Development Agreement.
