Armed services. As used in this Article, "Armed Services of the United States" includes the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, Auxiliary Corps as established by Congress, Army Nurse Corps, Navy Nurse Corps, Red Cross Nurse serving with the Armed Services, or hospital service of the United States, active duty with the Civil Air Patrol - Coastal Patrol, and such other services as is designated by Congress.
