ArQule Compound definition

ArQule Compound means a chemical compound provided by ArQule to Sankyo pursuant to this Agreement as part of a screening library, including without limitation the compounds provided in the Compass Array Library and Mapping Array Libraries.
ArQule Compound means any chemical that is synthesized by ArQule using its proprietary technology and provided by ArQule to Wyeth-Ayerst under the Mapping Array™ Program.
ArQule Compound means a small organic chemical molecule in a Mapping Array Set, Compass Array Set, or Biased Array Set (as described in the Collaboration Plan) and provided by ArQule to ACADIA as directed by the Research Committee under this Agreement or previously provided to ACADIA under the MTA.

Examples of ArQule Compound in a sentence

  • Monsanto may subsequently request that the Research Committee designate such Active ArQule Compound and up to five Active Homologs thereof as a Licensed Compound.

More Definitions of ArQule Compound

ArQule Compound means an ArQule Core Compound or an ArQule Derivative Compound (as defined below).
ArQule Compound means a chemical compound provided by ArQule to PRI under this Agreement, and specifically includes all compounds in the Mapping Array Sets and Compass Array Sets provided to PRI under the Mapping Array Program.
ArQule Compound means any chemical molecule that is synthesized by ArQule using its proprietary technology and provided by ArQule to Monsanto under the Mapping Array(TM) Program or the Directed Array(TM) Program as described below.
ArQule Compound means a chemical compound owned or controlled by ArQule provided by ArQule to SB pursuant to this Agreement as part of a screening library, including without limitation the compounds provided in the Compass Array Library and Mapping Array Libraries.
ArQule Compound means a small organic chemical molecule that is synthesized and optimized by ArQule and is capable of binding to a particular Biomolecule, including a chemical derivative thereof or a compound that exhibits structural similarity thereto.
ArQule Compound means any chemical molecule that is synthesized by ArQule using its proprietary technology and provided by ArQule to Monsanto under the Mapping Array Program, or as part of a Compass Array library, as described below.
ArQule Compound means (a) any proprietary compounds Controlled by ArQule that are used by ArQule, or provided by ArQule for use, in the conduct of the Research Program, and (b) any and all constituents, progeny and derivatives of any such compounds, and any tangible materials that incorporate the foregoing, other than Joint Program Compounds, that are identified or produced in the conduct of the Research Activities.
