Asia Territory definition

Asia Territory means Hong Kong, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the State of Mongolia, Timor-Leste, Taiwan, Macau and Vietnam
Asia Territory means Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, People’s Republic of China, Republic of the Philippines, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Asia Territory means the countries listed in Exhibit 1.7.

  • For purposes of this Section 5.2(d), Asian Royalty Rate Percentage means the percentage equal to the portion of Annual Net Sales of the Licensed Product in the Asia Territory in the Quarter for which the applicable royalty payment is due, divided by Annual Net Sales of the Licensed Product in both the Europe Territory and the Asia Territory in the Quarter for which the applicable royalty payment is due.
