ASIC Policy definition

ASIC Policy means ASIC Corporations (Managed Discretionary Accounts) Instrument 2016/968 and ASIC Regulatory Guide 179: Managed discretionary account services, as amended from time to time.
ASIC Policy means any current policy or guidance published by ASIC, whether legally binding or not, including regulatory guides and information sheet. Complaint means any expression of dissatisfaction or complaint about the Supplier, Suncorp, or any other entity in connection with any aspect of this Agreement, including any product, service or employee, made by an insured person (or any other person).
ASIC Policy means any published ASIC publication or regulatory guide regarding the minimum requirements or expectations made by ASIC that apply to custodial arrangements such as those contained in this Agreement, including RG 133. Australian Privacy Principles means the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Xxx 0000 (Cth).

More Definitions of ASIC Policy

ASIC Policy means any published ASIC publication or regulatory guide regarding the minimum requirements or expectations made by ASIC that apply to custodial arrangements such as those contained in this Agreement. Authenticated Communication means any form of communication referred to in clause 5.9. Authorised Person is a person designated as the primary contact to ABE in the ABE CAF or any other person designated in writing by the Client. Bank Account means, in the context either:
ASIC Policy means the policy and relevant class orders or other ASIC relief or exemption which govern the Fund.
ASIC Policy means the regulatory policies (including regulatory guides) issued by ASIC as at the date of this agreement setting out its policy in relation to (among other things) the interpretation and enforcement of relevant sections of the Corporations Act. ASX means ASX Limited (ABN 98 008 624 691) or the securities market which it operates, as the context requires.
ASIC Policy means the regulatory policies (including regulatory guides) issued by ASIC as at the date of this agreement setting out its policy in relation to (among other things) the interpretation and enforcement of relevant sections of the Corporations Act. Associate has the meaning set out in section 12 of the Corporations Act, as if section 12(1) included a reference to this agreement. ASX means ASX Limited (ABN 98 008 624 691) or the securities market which it operates, as the context requires. ASX Listing Rules means the official listing rules of ASX, modified to the extent of any express written waiver by ASX.

Related to ASIC Policy

  • R&W Policy means the representation and warranty insurance policy obtained by Buyer or its Affiliates, at their sole cost and expense, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Clawback Policy is defined in Section 14.

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Covered policy means a policy of commercial risk insurance, professional liability insurance or public entity insurance.

  • CSR Policy means the present Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company, which covers the activities to be undertaken by the Company as specified in Schedule VII to the Act and the CSR Expenditure thereon.

  • Viaticated policy means a life insurance policy or certificate that has been acquired by a viatical settlement provider pursuant to a viatical settlement contract.

  • Lapsed Policy means a Policy which has not acquired the Surrender Value and where the due Premium has not been received till the expiry of the Grace Period.

  • D&O Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(c).

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.

  • Group Policy /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;

  • The Policy means any insurance policy held by the Landlord for the Property or the Fixtures and Fittings.

  • Health insurance policy means a policy that provides specified benefits for hospital and/or general treatment and meets all requirements under section 63-10 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Workplace Harassment means engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct against a worker in a workplace that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome”. Ref: Occupational Health and

  • R&W Insurance Policy means the representations and warranties insurance policy issued to Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • D&O Insurance has the meaning set forth in Section 5.10(c).

  • Sexual harassment means conduct on the basis of sex that satisfies one or more of the following:

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • Security Policy means the Authority’s Security Policy annexed to Schedule (Security Requirements and Plan) as updated from time to time.
