Assigned Areas definition

Assigned Areas means the areas at the Airport designated by the City, from time to time, for occupancy and use by Concessionaires.
Assigned Areas means the specific locations for all Authority-approved advertising, as set forth in Exhibit B, Advertising Locations.
Assigned Areas means the area or areas of the Airport Terminals designated by this Agreement, as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, as the place or places where the business of Concessionaire may be conducted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement as to those areas set forth in Exhibit A.

  • The Administration shall give serious consideration to recommendations from the Division(s) or Other Assigned Area(s) concerned when filling a Faculty vacancy.

  • In the event a United States government agency will demand and take over the entire facilities of the Airport or the portion thereof wherein the Assigned Areas are located, for public purposes, for a period in excess of ninety (90) consecutive days, then this Contract will terminate and Authority will be released and fully discharged from any and all liability hereunder.

  • This Contract will be subject and subordinate to all the terms and conditions of any instruments and documents under which Authority acquired the land or improvements thereon, of which said Assigned Areas are a part.

  • Concessionaire shall assure compliance with County's Drug Free Work Place Policy for all personnel employed by or contracted by Concessionaire who operate, maintain, and repair the Assigned Areas.

  • County reserves unto itself, for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the passage of aircraft in the airspace above the Assigned Areas and Terminals and other adjacent County property together with the right to cause in said airspace such noise and other intrusions as may be inherent in the operations of aircraft, now known or hereafter used, for navigation of or flight in the said airspace, and for aircraft landing on, taking off from, or operating at the Airport.

  • County reserves the right to maintain such utility easements and/or licenses on Assigned Areas as may now or in the future be determined to be necessary to serve the needs of the Airport, and Concessionaire agrees to take this Agreement subject to said easement and/or license requirements.

  • Concessionaire also agrees to keep and maintain the Assigned Areas in a clean, neat and sanitary condition, and attractive in appearance.

  • In the event of cancellation or termination of the contract (if such contract is an Agreement), County shall have the right to re-enter the Assigned Areas as if said Agreement had never been made or issued.

  • County cannot, and hereby specifically does not, waive or relinquish any of its regulatory approval or enforcement rights and obligations as it may relate to regulations governing the Assigned Areas, any improvements thereon, or any operations at the Assigned Areas or at any other areas of the Airport.

  • Concessionaire expressly agrees for itself, its successors, and assigns to prevent any use of the Assigned Areas which would interfere with or adversely affect the operation or maintenance of the Airport or otherwise constitute a hazard.


More Definitions of Assigned Areas

Assigned Areas is defined to mean those portions of the Location(s) that are designated by Store Owner as being available for Company’s use hereunder, and (ii) “Wi-Fi” is defined to mean wireless fidelity.
Assigned Areas means the area or areas within the Site that are designated on Exhibit A (as such Exhibit may be amended from time to time by the parties) for use by Boingo, including space allocated within equipment rooms, communications closets or portions thereof, rooftop space or enclosures, ingress and egress over and through the Site to provide utility services, antenna locations and any other areas that may be required to operate the System in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Control” with respect to Unforced Capacity shall mean the ability to determine the quantity or price of offers to supply Unforced Capacity from a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier submitted into an ICAP Spot Market Auction; but excluding ISP UCAP MW or UCAP from an RMR Generator. For purposes of Section 23.4.5.7 “CRIS MW” shall mean the MW of Capacity for which CRIS was assigned to a Generator or UDR project pursuant to ISO OATT Sections 25, 30, or 32 (OATT Attachments S, X, or Z).
