Assigned Products means, individually and collectively, each Assigned Collaboration Product and each Assigned Strategic Alliance Product.

  • Each party, at its own expense and without further consideration, will execute and deliver such other documents, and take such other action, as may be necessary or appropriate in order to consummate more effectively the transactions contemplated hereby, including in particular as necessary or appropriate to effectuate the transfer of all Assigned Products and all Assignor Patent Rights to Assignee.

More Definitions of Assigned Products

Assigned Products means any: (a) product or part thereof that is covered by a pending claim, or an issued, unexpired, valid and enforceable claim contained in the Patent Rights, which has not lapsed, been abandoned, been revoked or deemed unenforceable or invalid by a non-appealable decision or an appealable decision from which no appeal was taken within the time allowed for such appeal of a court or other governmental agency of competent jurisdiction; or (b) product, chemical composition, apparatus, or part thereof that is manufactured or discovered by using an Assigned Process(es) or is employed to practice an Assigned Process(es); or (c) product produced, discovered, manufactured or created through the use of any Assigned Product.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.
