Assignment of Property Management Agreement definition

Assignment of Property Management Agreement means that certain Assignment of Management Agreement and Subordination of Management Fees dated as of the Closing Date, among Lender, Borrower and Property Manager, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
