Homewood Suites or any other names or xxxx associated with the System to incur any obligation or indebtedness on behalf of Licensor. Licensee shall not enter into or execute any contracts in the name "Homewood Suites hotel", and all contracts for the Hotel's operations and services at the Hotel shall be in the name of Licensee or Licensee's management company. Likewise, the words "Homewood", "Homewood Suites", or any similar words will not be used to name or identify developments adjacent to or associated with the Hotel, nor will Licensee use such names in its general business in any manner separated from the business of the Hotel.
Homewood Suites or any similar word(s) in its corporate, partnership, business or trade name, or in any Internet related name (including a domain name) except as provided in this Agreement or the Manual, nor authorize or permit such word(s) to be used by anyone else.
Homewood Suites. “TownePlace Suites,” “Residence Inns” or any other similar brand mutually agreed to by Borrower and Lender.
