Association Fee(s) definition

Association Fee(s) means any fee a Member is obligated to pay to the Member’s Association by virtue of such Member’s ownership of a Qualifying Interest,
Association Fee(s) means payments in cash or bank transfer, when provided to the European political party or to the European political foundation by partner (political party or organisation associated to it and having its seat outside the Union but in a former Member State, in a country member of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), in EU candidate countries and in Eastern Partnership countries with which the Union has concluded comprehensive and enhanced partnership agreements, within the limits set out in this Regulation;
Association Fee(s) means all obligations levied by the Board on the members of the Association including, but not limited to, obligations under the Declaration, annual dues, assessments, other fees, permit fees, and fines.

  • Tenant pays 100% of all Building and Property Operating Expenses, Association Fees, Real Property Taxes, Insurance, and Management Fees.

  • The employer shall also reimburse Association Fees including Board Certification Fees up to a maximum of $1300 per year per physician or Dentist and up to a maximum of $550 per nurse practitioner, physician assistant or certified nurse midwife.
