Astute Database definition

Astute Database means the portion of the Astute Database where the Intermediary details, data as well as the Financial Product Providers subscription lists are stored, and from where the status and license categories of Intermediaries regarding financial products are generated and to provide a platform from where the annual PSP census is generated to determine the FSP’s PSP status for income tax purposes;
Astute Database for purposes of this Agreement, the Astute Database refers to the database from and through which the User can request the Data in respect of its Portfolio from the Content Provider/s and receive a response to such request and shall include the portion of the database where the names of the Authorized Users are stored;
Astute Database means the database from and through which the Client can request Personal Information in respect of a Data Subject from the Content Provider/s and receive a respond in and to the request;

Related to Astute Database

  • Service Data means all data provided to Provider, placed on Provider’s servers, or used, posted, stored or otherwise transferred or transmitted to Provider in connection with the Services, including text, sound, video or image file, material, product, content, IP address and similar address, recording, message, software, Account Information, account-related setting, and which may include, without limitation, Personal Data.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

  • Pseudonymous data means personal data that cannot be attributed to a specific natural person

  • Information Technology (IT) System means the combination of hardware components, software, and other equipment to make a system whose core purpose is to accomplish a data processing need such as the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission or reception of data. IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—

  • Computer System means a computer and all input, output, processing, storage, off-line media libraries, and communication facilities which are connected to the computer and which are under the control and supervision of the operating system(s) or application(s) software used by the ASSURED.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Sensitive Data means information that is protected against unwarranted disclosure, to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI) or other private/confidential data, as specifically determined by the State. Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
