At-Large Member definition

At-Large Member means a member of Community Associations Institute who falls within one of the classes of membership as defined in Article III, Section 3. In relation to positions on the Board of Directors and committees, at-large members may be from any membership class, and have the same role and responsibilities as all other members of the Board or committee.
