At the Gate means the point where the Passenger's Flight Coupons are lifted and kept by the Carrier or the point where the Carrier examines the Passenger's boarding pass prior to the Passenger being permitted on the aircraft.

Designated Security Consultant means an employee of a security firm under contract with Us or Our assistance provider who is experienced in security and measures necessary to ensure the safety of the Covered Person(s) in his or her care.
body in which the relevant person has a beneficial interest means a firm in which the relevant person is a partner or a body corporate of which the relevant person is a director, or in the securities of which the relevant person has a beneficial interest;
Required Investors means the Investors holding a majority of the Registrable Securities.
Delivery Term Security means the Performance Assurance that Seller is required to maintain, as specified in Article Eight, to secure performance of its obligations during the Delivery Term.
Change of Control Purchase Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.1.
