Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award definition

Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award means the amounts the Parties propose be paid to Class Counsel as attorney’s fees and litigation costs in connection with their prosecution and settlement of the Case.
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award means such funds as may be determined and awarded by the Court based on the Settlement described herein to compensate Class Counsel, as described more particularly in Section VII of this Agreement.
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award means the amounts the Parties propose be paid to Class Counsel as attorney’s fees and costs in connection with their prosecution and settlement of the Case. Examples of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award in a sentence

  • If the Court denies, in whole or part, Class Counsel’s Application for an Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award, the remainder of the terms of this Agreement shall remain in effect.

More Definitions of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award

Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award means any Court-approved award of attorneys’ fees and Action costs to Settlement Class Counsel made in accordance with Section VI, Paragraph A.
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award means the Attorneys’ Fees and Costs, if any, awarded by the Court to Class Counsel, which will be paid out of the Settlement Fund.
Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award means the amounts the Parties propose be paid to Class Counsel as attorney’s fees and costs in connection with their prosecution and settlement of the Case. Subject to approval by the Superior Court, the proposed award for attorney’s fees is thirty percent (30%) of the Maximum Settlement Amount, or Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000). The proposed award for costs incurred by Class Counsel is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).

The Attorneys’ Fees and Cost Award will not exceed 33 1/3% of the Class Settlement Amount, which is $133,320.00, plus Class Counsel’s costs in prosecuting this Action, which are estimated to be no more than Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00).
