Examples of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award in a sentence
If the Court denies, in whole or part, Class Counsel’s Application for an Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award, the remainder of the terms of this Agreement shall remain in effect.
Court approval of the Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award will not be a condition of the Settlement.

Subject to approval of the Settlement by the Superior Court, the Company agrees to deposit the Maximum Settlement Amount into a Qualified Settlement Fund (“QSF”) set up by the Settlement Administrator for purposes of processing the Settlement and paying the Service Awards, the Settlement Administration Expenses Award, the Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award, and the Settlement Awards.
As part of seeking the Superior Court’s final approval of this Settlement, Class Counsel will apply to the Superior Court for an Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award of no more than Sixty- Two Thousand Dollars ($62,000.00).
