Auckland Network definition

Auckland Network means the Distributor's lines, substations and associated equipment used to convey electricity to Points of Connection in the Auckland Central, Manukau and Waiheke Island districts in Auckland and parts of the Papakura district in Auckland;
Auckland Network. Has the meaning given to that term in the Amended and Restated Tranz Rail Access Agreement between the Crown and Tranz Rail Limited dated 13 May 2002.
Auckland Network means the Auckland Network (as defined in the Common Access Terms), together with any other line specified by AT by notice to the Operator;

  • Data Centre or "DC" means the primary centre where data, software, computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunication and storage systems, redundant or backup power supplies, redundant data communications, environment controls and security devices are housed and operated from;

All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.

  • Design torso angle means the angle measures between a vertical line through the "R" point and the torso line in a position which corresponds to the design position of the seat-back established by the vehicle manufacturer;
