ACCESS TERMS. This Agreement will cover access to the full contents of Columbia Affairs Online available during that term and to all software and search capabilities bundled with Columbia Affairs Online. This Agreement grants access by means of the Internet domain (range, or ranges, of IP addresses, by user name and password, and/or by Shibboleth) of the institutions described in clause 1 of the Agreement. This Agreement will allow an authorized user as described in paragraph 2 and 3 from the authorized institutions to have access to Columbia International Affairs Online. This Agreement also grants remote access to authenticated users who have a valid user name and password or can access Columbia International Affairs Online through Shibboleth. The institutions in paragraph 1 are responsible for the management and use of names and passwords for users accessing CIAO through Shibboleth or any other authentication procedure. There are no limits on the total number of users from the institutions described in paragraph 1 who may use Columbia International Affairs Online at any one time, but there are limits on the types of users. This Agreement grants access solely to those outlined in paragraphs 2 and 3 from the Agreement.

ACCESS TERMS. In case of lot 3 Distributor shall provides access related to point I. within 7 days following the subscription of this contract till 31st December 2012 as the 1st instalment so in this time Distributor supplies the full content of the database access for the Authorized Users without any restrictions. ACCESS TERMS. Provided that Buyer has complied with the insurance requirements in Section 6.3 and gives the applicable Seller at least two (2) business days prior notice (oral or written), Seller shall allow Buyer and authorized representatives of Buyer reasonable access, at reasonable times, to the Property for the purposes of satisfying Buyer with respect to the Property. In performing its examinations and inspections of the Property, Buyer shall use reasonable efforts to minimize any interference with Seller’ use and occupancy of the Property. Seller shall have the right at all times to have a representative of Seller accompany any of Buyer or Buyer’s employees, agents, contractors, consultants, officers, directors, representatives, managers or members (collectively, “Buyer’s Agents”) while such persons are on the Property. Buyer shall not contact the occupants of the Property without the applicable Seller’s prior written consent. Buyer’s breach of this Section 6.1 (and all subsections) shall constitute a material breach and default by Buyer of this Agreement. All investigations and inspections shall be performed in compliance with this Section 6 and all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations, including, without limitation, any and all permits required thereunder, which permits shall be obtained by and at the sole cost of Buyer. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Buyer shall have no access to the Property until such a time as the applicable State of New York agency or department has issued a written authorization permitting such access to the Property.

The Institution is responsible for undertaking reasonable measures to prevent access by unauthorized or unauthenticated persons to its IP addresses, and the Institution will be responsible for unauthorized access except as specified below. Users not at an authorized IP address or without a valid user name and password will not have access to Columbia Xxxxxxx(® World of Poetry Online. The number of users from the Institution that may use Columbia Xxxxxxx’x® World of Poetry Online at any one time may not exceed the size of the user population specified on the Registration Form. This license grants internal use access solely to faculty (permanent or visiting), students and staff of the Institution, and on-site users of the Institution library and campus computer network. This Agreement grants access solely to faculty (permanent or visiting), students and staff of Subscriber, and on-site users of Subscriber's library and campus computer networks. Subscriber is responsible for undertaking reasonable measures to prevent access by unauthorized or unauthenticated persons using its IP addresses, and Subscriber will be responsible for any unauthorized access and any resulting downloading or reproduction. Users not at an authorized IP address or without a valid user name and password will not have access to the Databases. The number of users from Subscriber that may use the Databases may not exceed the size of the user population specified on the Registration form. This Agreement grants access to the Internet domain of the institution specified as Subscriber on the Registration Form. This will allow an authorized user to have access to the Databases. Unauthenticated users will not have access to the Databases.

In this time the Provider makes the full content of the database available through his own interface for the Authorized Users without any restrictions.   • USE OF TBS ACCESS CODE (a) An Account Holder may operate the TBS in relation to his Account by using his TBS Access Code. (b) Any Service Instructions identified by the Account Holder’s TBS Access Code shall be deemed to be given by the Account Holder and shall be conclusive and binding on the Account Holder and the Account Holder hereby authorises the Bank to act on any such Service Instructions identified by the Account Holder’s TBS Access Code. (c) All acts on the part of the Bank pursuant to such Service Instructions identified by the Account Holder’s TBS Access Code shall be conclusive and binding on the Account Holder (notwithstanding that such Service Instructions may not have been given by the Account Holder or with his consent or authority). (d) Notwithstanding and without prejudice to the other terms and conditions herein, the Bank shall be entitled (but not obliged), in its reasonable discretion, to permit the Account Holder to operate the TBS without the use of his T-PIN upon verifying the identity of the Account Holder in accordance with the Bank’s prevailing prescribed procedure at the time. (e) Notwithstanding and without prejudice to the other terms and conditions herein, the Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to act on all or any Service Instructions; and the Bank shall be entitled in its reasonable discretion to require written confirmation of the Account Holder’s Service Instructions (even where identified by the Account Holder’s TBS Access Code), and to refuse to act on any such Service Instructions unless and until such written confirmation is received by the Bank.   • Service Terms Each Service Order will provide for a service term. At the end of the service term of any Service Order, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least ninety (90) days before the end of a service term, the term of such Service Order will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods. Termination of one Service Order will not affect the term of any other Service Order.

  • Contract Terms The contract term will be one (1) year, effective from date of award. The City and the Supplier shall have the option to renew this contract for an additional two (2) one-year periods. All of the terms, covenants and provisions of this Agreement shall apply to each Extended Term (including, but without limitation, the two percent annual Minimum Rent increases provided in the definition of Minimum Rent), except that Tenant shall have no right to extend the Term beyond the expiration of the fifth Extended Term. If Tenant shall elect to exercise its option to extend the Term for any Extended Term, it shall do so by giving Landlord Notice thereof not later than eighteen (18) months prior to the commencement of the applicable Extended Term, it being understood and agreed that time shall be of the essence with respect to the giving of any such Notice. If Tenant shall fail to give any such Notice, this Agreement shall automatically terminate at the end of the Fixed Term or the applicable Extended Term, and Tenant shall have no further option to extend the Term of this Agreement. If Tenant shall give such Notice, the extension of this Agreement shall be automatically effected without the execution of any additional documents; it being understood and agreed, however, that Tenant and Landlord shall execute such documents and agreements as either party shall reasonably require to evidence the same.
