Auction Documents definition

Auction Documents means the Auction Code and any other documents exchanged between any of Customer, the Operator or the Primary Shipper pursuant to the requirements of the Auction Code or otherwise in connection with the Auction;
Auction Documents means, collectively, the Auction Agent Agreement, the Broker-Dealer Agreement and the Market Agent Agreement.
Auction Documents means, collectively, the Auction Agent Agreement, each Broker-Dealer Agreement and each Market Agent Agreement, in each case, as supplemented or amended from time to time.

Examples of Auction Documents in a sentence

  • Prior to the detailed evaluation, the Undertaking will determine the substantial responsiveness of each offer to the Tender/ Auction Documents.

  • Any clarification in response to a query by any bidder shall be communicated to all parties who have obtained the Auction Documents.

  • An interested Bidder, who has obtained the Auction Documents, may request for clarification of the contents of the Auction Documents in writing at the following address and the KW&SB shall respond to such query (ies) in writing within three calendar days from receipt of the query (ies), provided that any such query is received at least (05) five calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date (Technical proposal) :- Director Investment, KWSSIP/CE(E&M), KW&SB.

  • KW&SB may cancel the Auction process at any time prior to the Bid Submission Date for any reason and the KW&SB shall incur no liability in this regard to bidders who have purchased the Auction Documents subject to relevant provision of KW&SB Rules.

  • In the case of a Successful Bidder, the Successful Bidder fails to, furnish the required Performance Security/Security Deposit in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Auction Documents or sign the Contract Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Auction Documents.

  • Auctioneers which do not fulfill all or any of conditions or are submitted incomplete or are not in accordance with the terms of the Auction Documents in any respect will be rejected.

  • KW&SB shall re-issue the Notice for Auction, if it is convinced in its sole discretion that there is a material infirmity or ambiguity in the Auction Documents which cannot be addressed without modifying the contents of the Bidding Documents.

  • The Contractor shall take no advantage of any apparent error or omission in the specifications provided in the Auction Documents and shall inform KW&SB, if revealed, to make such corrections and interpretations as necessary to fulfill the intent of the specifications prior the submission of the bid.

  • NOTE: The above clause is applicable only for the unsuccessful lifting as per the terms of the Auction Documents.

Related to Auction Documents

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Verification Documents means, with respect to any Note Owner, a certification from such Note Owner certifying that such Person is in fact, a Note Owner, as well as one additional piece of documentation reasonably satisfactory to the recipient, such as a trade confirmation, account statement, letter from a broker or dealer or other similar document. The foregoing definitions shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the defined terms. Unless otherwise inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, all accounting terms used herein shall be interpreted, and all accounting determinations hereunder shall be made, in accordance with GAAP. Amounts to be calculated hereunder shall be continuously recalculated at the time any information relevant to such calculation changes.

  • Application Documents means collectively: (i) the grant application submitted by Grantee, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and attachments thereto; (ii) all documents, correspondence and other written materials submitted in respect of such grant application; and (iii) all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing approved in writing by City.

  • Exception Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Securitization Documents means all documentation relating to any Permitted Securitization.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Other Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents other than this Agreement.

  • Obligation Documents means the Credit Agreement, the Notes, the Loan Documents, and all other documents and instruments under, by reason of which, or pursuant to which any or all of the Secured Obligations are evidenced, governed, secured, or otherwise dealt with, and all other agreements, certificates, and other documents, instruments and writings heretofore or hereafter delivered in connection herewith or therewith.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between the Target or its Affiliates and Holdings or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Solicitation Documents means the bid solicitation documents or any other documents for solicitation of offers proposals or quotations;

  • Equity Line Transaction Documents means this Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement.

  • Solicitation Document means the Request for Quotes, Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, or any other written document issued by OSU that outlines the required specifications necessary to submit a responsive quote, bid, proposal, or any other response;

  • Organization Documents means, (a) with respect to any corporation, the certificate or articles of incorporation and the bylaws (or equivalent or comparable constitutive documents with respect to any non-U.S. jurisdiction); (b) with respect to any limited liability company, the certificate or articles of formation or organization and operating agreement; and (c) with respect to any partnership, joint venture, trust or other form of business entity, the partnership, joint venture or other applicable agreement of formation or organization and any agreement, instrument, filing or notice with respect thereto filed in connection with its formation or organization with the applicable Governmental Authority in the jurisdiction of its formation or organization and, if applicable, any certificate or articles of formation or organization of such entity.

  • Transaction Documents means this Agreement, the Warrants, all exhibits and schedules thereto and hereto and any other documents or agreements executed in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder.

  • Permitted Securitization Documents means all documents and agreements evidencing, relating to or otherwise governing a Permitted Securitization Financing.

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals. Except for such Bid Documents as are posted on the City's website and incorporated by reference, all Bid Documents must be submitted by a bidder on the Bid Opening Date.

  • Acquisition Documentation collectively, the Acquisition Agreement and all schedules, exhibits and annexes thereto and all side letters and agreements affecting the terms thereof or entered into in connection therewith.
