AUD Screen Rate definition

AUD Screen Rate has the meaning specified in the definition ofAUD Rate”.
AUD Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the average bid reference rate as administered by the Australian Financial Markets Association (or any other Person that takes over the administration of that rate) for Aus $ bills of exchange with a tenor equal to such Interest Period, displayed on page BBSY of the Reuters screen (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such Reuters page, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion) as of the Specified Time on the Quotation Day for such Interest Period.
AUD Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the average bid reference rate administered by the Australian Financial Markets Association (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for AUD bills of exchange with a tenor equal in length to such Interest Period as displayed on page BBSY of the Reuters screen (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such Reuters page, on any successor or substitute on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion) on or about 11:00 a.m. (Sydney, Australia time) on the first day of such Interest Period. If the AUD Screen Rate shall be less than zero, the AUD Screen Rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Interest on (i) Base Rate Loans (including Base Rate Loans determined by reference to the Offshore Rate) and (ii) Offshore Rate Loans when the Offshore Base Rate is determined by reference to the CDOR Screen Rate, the AUD Screen Rate or the NZD Screen Rate, in each case shall be calculated on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and the actual number of days elapsed.

AUD Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition ofAUD Bank Bill Reference Rate.”
AUD Screen Rate means, for any day and time, for any Interest Period, the average bid reference rate administered by ASX Benchmarks Pty Limited (ACN 616 075 417) (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for Australian dollar bills of exchange with a tenor equal in length to such Interest Period as displayed on page BBSY of the Reuters screen (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such Reuters page, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion). If the AUD Screen Rate as so determined would be less than zero, the AUD Screen Rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.

AUD Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the average bid reference rate administered by the Australian Financial Markets Association (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for Australian dollars bills of exchange with a tenor equal in length to such Interest Period as displayed on page BBSY of the Reuters screen or, in the event such rate does not appear on such Reuters page, on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion, shall be the greater of (i) 0.75%the Applicable Interest Rate Floor Percentage and (ii) a rate as selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion.
AUD Screen Rate means, denominated in Australian Dollars, the rate per annum equal to the Bank Xxxx Swap Reference Bid Rate (“BBSY”), or a comparable or successor rate which rate is approved by the Administrative Agent, as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) at or about 10:30 a.m. (Melbourne, Australia time) on the Quotation Day with a term equivalent to such Interest Period.
