Auditor Fees definition

Auditor Fees means the fees as agreed between the Auditor and Member for the provision of services to the Member by the Auditor in accordance with the Auditor Rules
Auditor Fees any professional service fees payable to Deloitte and Touche LLP in connection with the audit contemplated by Section 4.14 and the review of, or any procedures with respect to, any other financial statements prepared by the Dyn International Companies in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including the Rule 144A Offering (or such other accounting firm as selected to conduct such audit, review or procedures in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby) (the "Auditors").
Auditor Fees means the remuneration an Auditor receives from Travelife for the completion of Inspection Audits and Certification Check-up Audits as described in this Agreement. The current Auditor Fees are shown on the Auditor Website;

Examples of Auditor Fees in a sentence

  • DOCR will pay for the services provided by CONTRACTOR under this contract in accordance with the Auditor Fees and Expenses identified below.
