Australian Facility definition

Australian Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Australian Commitments at such time.

Australian Facility means the revolving credit facility in favor of the Australian Borrower established pursuant to this Agreement.

Australian Facility means the facility described in Article V hereof providing for Loans to the Australian Facility Borrowers by the Australian Facility Lenders in the aggregate principal amount of the Total Australian Facility Commitment.

Australian Facility means the Australian Commitments together with the Aggregate Australian Revolving Extensions of Credit.
