Authorised Lotteries definition

Authorised Lotteries means the Tattersalls Products and the Non Tattersalls Products and any other lotteries which may later be approved in writing and for which a licence is granted pursuant to section 46D of the Act in accordance with Clause 17;

Examples of Authorised Lotteries in a sentence

  • The Licensee warrants that it owns or has the right to use all the Intellectual Property Rights required to Conduct the Authorised Lotteries, including but not limited to the Lottery Rules and the names of the Authorised Lotteries.

  • authorised officer means any person authorised by the Environment Agency under section 108(1) of The Environment Act 1995 to exercise, in accordance with the terms of any such authorisation, any power specified in section 108(4) of that Act.

  • Authorised “Directed” or “Approved” shall mean the authority, direction or approval of the Engineer.

  • Authorised Investments means investments authorised by the instrument, if any, creating the trust for the investment of money subject to the trust, or by law;
