Authorised Medical Attendant definition

Authorised Medical Attendant means the medical practitioner authorised by the employer for the purposes of any of the provisions of the Act or the rules made thereunder;
Authorised Medical Attendant means the authorised medical attendant as defined in the G.B. Pant Engineering College, Pauri (Garhwal) Medical Attendance and Treatment Regulations.
Authorised Medical Attendant or “AMA” means any Railway Doctor or a registered medical practitioner practising in any hospital or in his own dispensary.

  • Provided in case of candidate earning less than 50% of attendance in any one of the semester due to any extraordinary circumstance such as medical grounds, such candidates who shall produce Medical Certificate issued by the Authorised Medical Attendant (AMA), duly certified by the Principal of the College, shall be permitted to proceed to the next semester and to complete the course of study.

  • Forward and return journey made by the patient to consult a specialist referred by the Authorised Medical Attendant on the condition of patient being so serious or of special nature and requires medical attendance by a specialist medical officer other than himself.

  • One year of family physicians’ observations on working with medical scribes.

  • Signature and Designation of the AuthorisedMedical Attendant Note: Medical Officer in receipt of non-practicing allowance are not allowed to undertake private practice and cannot charge consultation fee as Authorised Medical Attendant of Government servants under Finance Department Order No.F. 6(3)FD/Rules/2008 dated 12.09.2008 as amended from time to time.

  • Consultation fee paid to Authorised Medical Attendant or/and fee paid to compounder / nurse per visit for administering injectables at residence of Government servant as per the Rajasthan Medical Officers and Nursing Staff Fees Rules, 2011 shall be claimed on the production of certificate prescribed in Annexure VIII.

Authorised Medical Attendant means the medical attendant or medical attendants authorised by the Board or under the powers delegated in that behalf or in the absence of such authorisation, the Chief Medical Officer or his nominee;
Authorised Medical Attendant. (AMA) means a Medical Officer of NSC, Government Hospital, a hospital / dispensary run by a Local Municipal Body and such other Physicians / Surgeons etc. practicing in Allopathic / Homeopathic and Ayurvedic systems of medicines who should be possessing at least a Bachelor or Graduate Degree in the above systems of medicines, as the case may be, and duly registered with Medical Council or other concerned Govt. authority.
Authorised Medical Attendant. (AMA) means any qualified medical practitioner, whether in the service of the Company or practising medicine elsewhere and acceptable to the Company.
Authorised Medical Attendant means a Civil Surgeon of the District where the Minister, etc. falls ill, or a medical officer who in rank is equal or immediately junior to the Civil Surgeon and who is attached to the same hospital or dispensary to which the Civil Surgeon is attached, OR, a medical officer-in-charge of a hospital or dispensary to which no Civil Surgeon is attached;
Authorised Medical Attendant means a Government doctor declared as such by the Director of Health Services from time to time.
Authorised Medical Attendant means a Medical Officer attached to the Government Hospital or Dispensary in the State who has been nominated by the Government, from time to time, to Serve as Authorised Medical Attendant for the State Government Servants ; [A list of Authorised Medical Attendants, appointed by the Government is given inAppendix I to these Rules.]
