Authorised Merchants definition

Authorised Merchants means any retailer or any person, firm or corporation which pursuant to a Merchant Agreement agrees to accept or cause its outlets to accept the Card-i when properly presented.

  • Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.
