The registration of transfers may be suspended at such times and for such periods (not exceeding 30 days in any one year) as the Board may decide and either generally or in respect of a particular class of share except that, in respect of any shares which are participating shares in an Uncertificated System, the Register shall not be closed without the consent for the relevant Authorised Operator.
