Authorised Resellers. ’ means: any reseller or partner with whom You have a contractual relationship and regarding which You would have obtain prior written approval from Us and Avaya to operate within one Authorised Country.

Examples of Authorised Resellers in a sentence

  • In all cases the commencement date for the period is the actual day of purchase, as reflected on the Authorised Reseller's or Distributor’s invoice / receipt provided to you.

  • Where Your order comprises a number of Service or severable elements within any one or more Service, any failure by Us or its Authorised Reseller to provide an element or elements of the Service shall not prejudice Our or Our Authorised Reseller's ability to require payment in respect of the Service delivered to You.

Related to Authorised Resellers

  • Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.
