Authority Background IPRs definition

Authority Background IPRs. (a) IPRs owned by the Authority before the Effective Date, including IPRs contained in any of the Authority's Know-How, documentation, processes and procedures; (b) IPRs created by the Authority independently of this Agreement; and/or (c) Crown Copyright which is not available to the Supplier otherwise than under this Agreement; but excluding IPRs owned by the Authority subsisting in the Authority Software;
Authority Background IPRs means all Intellectual Property Rights in the Authority Materials;

Related to Authority Background IPRs

  • Background IP means all IP and IP Rights owned or controlled by Seller prior to the effective date or outside the scope of this Contract.

  • Foreground IPR means any IPRs that are generated as a result of the activities conducted within the framework of the Project concerned as specified in the corresponding Project Agreement;

  • Authority Data means a) the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which are:

  • Patent Rights means the rights and interests in and to issued patents and pending patent applications (which, for purposes of this Agreement, include certificates of invention, applications for certificates of invention and priority rights) in any country or region, including all provisional applications, substitutions, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, renewals, all letters patent granted thereon, and all reissues, re-examinations and extensions thereof, and all foreign counterparts of any of the foregoing.
