Authority Materials the Authority Data together with any materials, documentation, information, programs and codes supplied by the Authority to the Supplier, the IPRs in which: (a) are owned or used by or on behalf of the Authority; and (b) are or may be used in connection with the provision or receipt of the Services, but excluding any Project Specific IPRs, Specially Written Software, Supplier Software, Third Party Software and Documentation relating to Supplier Software or Third Party Software;

Authority Materials means all data documents papers materials software records know-how and other items (in or on whatever media) made available from time to time by the Authority to the Contractor (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Staff) pursuant to the Agreement

Authority Materials means, collectively, all Content and all other information in any form or media, including but not limited to documents, data, know-how, ideas, specifications, software code, and other materials provided to the Consultant by or on behalf of the Authority hereunder, whether or not the same: (a) are owned by the Authority, a third party, or in the public domain; or (b) qualify for or are protected by any Intellectual Property Rights.
