Authority Materials definition
Authority Materials the Authority Data together with any materials, documentation, information, programs and codes supplied by the Authority to the Supplier, the IPRs in which: (a) are owned or used by or on behalf of the Authority; and (b) are or may be used in connection with the provision or receipt of the Services, but excluding any Project Specific IPRs, Specially Written Software, Supplier Software, Third Party Software and Documentation relating to Supplier Software or Third Party Software;
Authority Materials means all guidance, specifications, instructions, toolkits, plans, data, drawings, databases, patents, patterns, models, designs, images, videos or other material which is furnished to or made available to the Supplier by or on behalf of the Authority and/or any Personal Data for which the Authority is Data Controller.
Authority Materials means any documents, copy, Intellectual Property Rights, artwork, logos and any software, code or other materials or information owned by or licensed to the Authority which are provided to the Service Provider by or on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of performing the Services or preparing and delivering the Deliverables, including any Advertising which has been prepared for the Authority by another agency (including the Creative Agency);
