Authority Change definition

Authority Change has the meaning given to it in the Project Agreement

Examples of Authority Change in a sentence

  • If a Time and Materials Change Order is issued by the Authority, Change Order accounting shall include maintenance of Time and Materials Records as described in Section 17.9.2.

  • In the event that the Change Proposal has been confirmed by the Authority, then the adjustment to any amount payable by the Authority to the Contractor in respect of any Contractor Deliverables to which the Authority Change relates shall place the Contractor in no better and no worse a financial position than would be the case had the Authority Change not been implemented.

  • The Change Proposal shall include the opinion of the Contractor on: whether relief from compliance with obligations is required, including the obligations of the Contractor to achieve any Delivery Date or other date set out in the Contract, and meet the requirements set out in the Schedule of Requirements during the implementation of the Authority Change; any impact on the fulfilment of the Contractor Deliverables; and any amendment required to this Contract as a result of the Authority Change.

  • If the Authority requires an Authority Change, it must serve a Notice (an "Authority Notice of Change") on the Contractor.

  • No alteration or modification to the design, quality and quantity of the Works arising from the development of detailed design or from the co-ordination of the design shall, subject to paragraph 6.1, be construed or regarded as an Authority Change.

Authority Change means, as the case may be, a Low Value Change, a Medium Value Change or a High Value Change;
