Custodial Service. Custodial service is provided for all common areas only. Cleaning of Tenant rooms is the responsibility of the individual Tenant.
Custodial Service. The Manager shall provide custodial services in all the parking facilities (including Parking Garages and Parking Lots identified in Section 1.1 of the Agreement. The custodial services required are provided in Exhibit E (Detail of Responsibilities). The Manager shall provide daily custodial services throughout the parking garage(s), including stairways, elevators, all parking and driveway areas, and storage areas, each day of operation. The Manager shall provide maintenance for all storm drains, sanitary sewer and water service. The Manager will be responsible for custodial services for the booths and for the cost of sewerage blockages in the drains from the plumbing facilities in the garages.
(a) The Manager shall be responsible for security in the garages. Staffed by a minimum of four security officers that cover the four Parking Garages. This is to include immediate police notification in response to all requests for assistance or observation of any suspicious or illegal activity in the facility.
(b) The Manager shall in a timely basis report any and all significant incidents requiring police intervention to the Manager of the Parking Systems Division.
(c) The Manager, if directed by the City, shall retain a firm regularly providing Security Services as an independent subcontractor to regularly patrol the parking facilities. The City shall specify the exact hours for security. The minimum level of security is as follows: Chapel Hill Street Garage: holidays 6:00p.m. until 7:00 a.m. seven days per week, including Church Street Garage: holidays 6:00p.m. until 7:00 a.m., seven days per week, including Xxxxxxxx Street Garage: holidays 6:00p.m. until 7:00 a.m., seven days per week, including Durham Centre Garage: holidays 6:00p.m. until 7:00 a.m., seven days per week, including Electrical/Lighting/Power 1) Perform any and all motor lubrication, make adjustments, and follow manufacturer’s recommendations for scheduled maintenance. X Per manufacturer’s specifications or within 24 hours after Contractor notices or is notified by City 2) Repair or replace loose, damaged and missing conduits and supports X With five (5) working days after Contractor notices or written notice by City. 3) Replace thermostats and switches X Within 24 hours after Contractor notices or is notified by City 4) Replace electrical system to include conduit, wiring, and panels with breakers. X Within 72 hours of damage or written notice by City.
Custodial Service. Any event serving a meal or any event held over the weekend will require you as the user/renter to arrange custodial coverage through Facilities Services (formerly PPD) Housekeeping. Coverage for your event should typically be for the last half of your event as well as a reasonable amount of time after your event for thorough cleanup post event. Custodial Service. No one except qualified school custodians shall be allowed to operate or adjust such equipment in the building as heat, ventilation, and control panels. If an individual or group is granted permission to use school facilities or equipment, the users are responsible to have everything cleaned and returned to satisfactory condition immediately upon completion of the event. Example: If the gym is used, the users need to clean the gym and also check and clean areas that users may enter such as locker rooms, bathrooms, lobby, etc. Groups or individuals hosting tournaments or fundraising activities will be required to deposit $75 (cash or check) with the Business Manager prior to the event and at the time of completing the rental form. The group using the facility will be required to clean up after the activity to the satisfaction of school administration. If the facilities are not cleaned to the satisfaction of school officials, a proportionate amount up to and including the entire $75 deposit will be retained by the School District. In addition, custodians who are summoned to assist groups or individuals will be compensated by the renter(s) at the rate of $20 minimum per call and $20 per hour while their services are needed.
Custodial Service. The Contractor shall furnish custodial services that shall provide routine cleaning for all common food court public seating areas and the complete and adequate sanitary handling of all trash, garbage, and other refuse generated in connection with those public seating areas. Food court public seating areas shall be cleaned with sufficient frequency that they remain clean and readily available for public use at all times. The custodial service shall also pick up and dispose of trash from individual food service Concession Operator facilities. When possible, trash shall be disposed of during inactive hours of the Airport's operation to minimize interference with Airport passengers. The custodial service shall use its own trash receptacles or those provided by the Authority in locations designated by the Authority. Piling of boxes, cartons, barrels, crates, or other similar items in a public area shall not be permitted. In order to recover the direct costs of such custodial service, the Contractor shall assess reasonable fees to each food service Concession Operator for Common Area Maintenance charges (“CAM”) as well as charges to each food service Concession Operator for trash removal from individual concession facilities. The Contractor’s fees for such services shall be subject to the Authority’s prior written approval. The Contractor shall assess liquidated damages of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per day or portion thereof against a Concession Operator for each day that a Concession Operator fails to maintain the cleanliness of its facilities and does not cure the failure within one hour of Authority notification of the problem.

Custodial Service. Custodial service is provided in the common areas of all halls. (lobbies, laundry facilities, community bathrooms, corridors). College staff and residents are equally responsible for the cleanliness of the housing facilities. Each student is responsible for keeping his/her own room clean and orderly. If a room becomes a sanitation problem, the college reserves the right to have the room cleaned, and you will be billed the cost of the cleaning. When you check out of the Residence Hall, your deposit will be withheld for payment of cleaning if your room is not clean. Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate trash facilities. Xxxxxx Xxxx—Trash closets are located on all floors. Large items of trash (i.e.. Boxes, rugs, etc.) should be taken to an exterior dumpster. Xxxxxx Complex—All trash must be taken to dumpsters located in the adjacent parking lots. South Site—All trash must be disposed of in the dumpsters located southwest of the dorm complex. Any room that consistently DOES NOT properly dispose of their trash may be fined or required to pick up trash on campus. To comply with sanitary regulations, all food kept in your room must be appropriately stored in tightly covered metal or plastic containers.

Custodial Service. Contractor is responsible for providing the janitorial services necessary to maintain cleanliness of the Leased Premises. Contractor is responsible for placing all trash and debris in covered outside trash containers. Administration shall provide janitorial and cleaning services to public areas at the Airport.
