Authority Engineer definition

Authority Engineer. : shall mean the firm or corporation appointed by and representing the Authority.
Authority Engineer shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 16.1;
Authority Engineer means the Engineer designated by the Jackson County Utility Authority to be their representative.
