Authority Fee definition

Authority Fee means the fee payable to the Authority in the amount of .10% (1/10th of one percent) of the total debt service on the Loan due and payable at the closing of the Loan. The amount of any application pre-paid by the Municipality to the Authority, not previously credited, may be credited against the Authority Fee.
Authority Fee means a fee payable to the Authority in an amount set forth in Exhibit C to each Financing Agreement.

More Definitions of Authority Fee

Authority Fee means the fee payable to the Authority consisting of all of the Authority's internal costs and overhead expenses attributable to the issuance of the Bonds of a Series and the construction of the Projects, as more particularly described in the Loan Agreement.
