Authorized Agent Representative means any person designated as such by Agent from time to time for purposes of Section 2.3(c) hereof by delivery of a notice to Borrower.

Authorized Agent Representative means a person who has been designated, in writing, by the Covered Person to act on their behalf in matters regarding claiming health benefits. An agent must be a person of legal age who has a personal, rather than financial, relationship with the Covered Person. Typically, this would be a spouse or parent, but an agent could be someone empowered by law, e.g., a power-of-attorney or court order.   • Authorized Agent means an agent who is legally authorized to bind the Seller under the law of the State in which the Seller is legally organized. An Authorized Agent must sign all documents in the Bid Packet on behalf of the Seller. Under Oklahoma law, the Authorized Agent for each of the following types of entities is as stated below:
